Founder and Executive Director

Dr. Holly Howat founded Beacon in 2018 and continues to provide strategic leadership as Beacon’s Executive Director. Holly specializes in fostering innovation and collaboration to improve community wellbeing.

Director of Administration

Mark Evans joined Beacon in 2022. As Director of Administration, Mark oversees core administrative functions, supporting Beacon’s mission by keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Director of Social Care

Rachel Martin joined Beacon in 2024. As Director of Social Care, Rachel oversees the operation of Beacon’s Social Care programs so that individuals in the community can continue to receive the care and resources they need.

Information Technology Coordinator

Hannah Hoffman joined Beacon in 2022. As Information Technology Coordinator, Hannah manages Beacon’s technology infrastructure and data systems, ensuring that they run smoothly and securely.

Community Health Worker Coordinator

Rodnika Thibodeaux joined Beacon in 2023. As Community Health Worker Coordinator, Rodnika directly oversees the day-to-day operations of Beacon’s Community Health and Reentry Hub programs.

Peer Support Specialist Coordinator

Julia Shiryaev joined Beacon in 2024. As Peer Support Specialist Coordinator, Julia directly oversees the day-to-day operation of Beacon’s Ally and Harm Reduction Navigation programs.
